Checking In - Day 1

So here we are. Fully present. Transformed by our past without fear of our future. Living in this present moment. I've been taking time to be honest with myself, which in turn, helps me to be honest with God. Today, I prayed that God would help me in areas that I really desired to evolve in. I asked God to keep me from reverting back to unproductive habits. I prayed, I trusted, I believe that it is already done. I open myself up to embrace the shift that is taking place even at this moment. It is willingly out of my control. Asé
