"Nobody told me the road would be easy and I don’t believe He’s brought me this far to leave me"

Day 11
There is so much to be grateful for. Even your ability to be present with me in this moment is a blessing. But being blessed and grateful doesn't mean that you're automatically exempt from the hardships of humanity. In fact, being able to see God in the midst of your struggle is a true blessing in itself. Being blessed and having and grateful doesn't mean that struggles never happen or life won't get you down. Sometimes, we can get emotionally fatigued. We can get so overwhelmed by the amount of change that is taking place that we either explode, implode, rebel, or just completely shut down. I’ve been there. I've done all of the above. Through those experiences, I have been reminded that we are only human and God uses our humanity to remind us that there’s a separation of power when it comes to bringing a vision to fruition. When God gives you a vision, He also gives you provision to carry it out. It is not our sole responsibility to make the vision come to pass. With God, all things are possible. But before I get too far on that topic, let’s touch on emotional fatigue.
According to healthline.com, emotional fatigue is "a state of feeling emotionally worn-out and drained as a result of accumulated stress from your personal or work lives, or a combination of both. Emotional exhaustion is one of the signs of burnout. People experiencing emotional exhaustion often feel like they have no power or control over what happens in life. They may feel “stuck” or “trapped” in a situation. Lack of energy, poor sleep, and decreased motivation can make it difficult to overcome emotional exhaustion. Over time, this chronic, stressed-out state can cause permanent damage to your health." For symptoms of emotional fatigue, click here

Though we may experience symptoms of emotional fatigue, I want to remind you of a few characteristics of God. Stick with me here. God is in us and around us. He is omnipresent. God is omnipotent, meaning all powerful. God is omniscient, meaning all knowing. There is a separation of power because WE as humans do not have access to that type of power or knowledge. Which is why it is vital to include God in your process, put God on your vision board, and add God to your recipe for success. Be blessed, be grateful, be intuitive, and be intentional with including God in your process.
