the will to live- day 15
"The will to live. 30 days through self discovery. I will allow the will of God to lead me in my communications. I will unlock my #WillToLive "; I wrote those words on a random day in my journal. I simply opened the journal, wrote the words, and then closed it. Not even a week later, I decide to make a blog entitled #TheWillToLive. It wasn’t premeditated or really anything that I ever thought I’d be doing. However, we’re half way through the 30 days and I am being transformed. I hope you are too.
I am challenging myself to find my #WillToLive. In the midst of a pandemic, losing loved ones, getting injured, finding purpose, learning to love myself, and most importantly learning to tune out the chaos of the world and listen to God, I am discovering why Life is so precious. I am unlocking a love within myself that I never knew existed. Everything that I thought life was about has been challenged and I am being changed for the better.
We're half way through, and as you may have noticed, some post have just been simple prayers that I have prayed over myself and even for you. We are in this together, indefinitely. Which is why we must remain accountable for each other. I hope that throughout this journey you are discovering your #WillToLive. I hope that you are being unapologetic in your pursuits towards purpose. I hope that you are letting go of what no longer serves the vision and holding tightly to the voice inside of you that’s pushing you to WIN; pushing you to find your fight, sit in silence, strategize with God, and allow yourself to be vulnerable.
When you take time to be vulnerable with yourself, you make room for God to intentionally reveal any area of your life that needs to be addressed.
God, I pray this pray to empower myself and my peers. May you help us to realized our untapped potential. May you grant us the opportunity to be courageous and live unapologetically. God, I believe that all things are working for my good. I believe this when I can see it happening in the natural and even when I can’t. I trust you. I trust your perfect plan in my life. God, I take this moment to be mindful and tap in to your Divine essence. Consume my being and make my life look like a reflection of you. I have made room for you to transform me. Thank you God for being my personal cheerleader. Thank you God for giving me a special light to shine and the rest of the world experience. I am discovering my #WillToLive because I am willing to live a life that looks like you.
Thank you God!
Asé and Amen
